Linda
Banfy received her BM in piano performance from DePauw University
and her MM in piano performance from TCU where she studied with
Cliburn gold medalist Steven DeGroote. She has been on the TCU Music Preparatory Division faculty since 1987. She teaches private piano lessons as well as Piano Readiness classes for 4 - 5 year olds. A
member of the Fort Worth Music Teachers Association and Music Teachers
National Association, she has been co-chairman for FWMTA's annual
Fall and Jazz Festivals for several years and has adjudicated at
many local contests and festivals.
